Order, Delivery and Shipping Policy

We strive to have your order processed within 2 working days. We know your order is of extreme importance, we will ensure that your order is ready, Ex-Factory, within nine days following order processing.

All of your queries will be answered within 24 business hours by one of our sales agents.

You will have to supply us with your ship to address, please make note that all charges regarding freight are on a collect basis, meaning, we just send out your orders on collect and your forwarder or your agent will have to pay for freight charges upon receipt of your goods.
